Founder of WebChange Detector

Hi, I’m Mike and I’ve been updating WordPress websites for my clients for over a decade. I’ve faced the constant challenge of manually checking each website for updates to make sure everything is running smoothly. Despite my best efforts, I couldn’t always find all the issues, which occasionally caused headaches for both my clients and myself.

In 2017, I decided to tackle this problem head-on by developing an automated screenshot tool. This tool captures and compares screenshots from before and after the update, making it easy to spot any inconsistencies or issues.

Since using this screenshot tool, I have been able to efficiently identify and fix any issue on my clients’ websites. When I realized its potential, I knew that this tool could be useful for others facing similar challenges.

That’s why, we launched WebChange Detector as a SaaS solution and developed our own WordPress plugin. Our goal is to provide a reliable and efficient way to ensure that your website updates are seamless and error-free.
